THE Graft™ — immune-friendly bone graft

THE Graft™ is a natural, porcine bone graft and mineral matrix designed for predictable bone regeneration in oral and maxillofacial surgery.

It is produced by removing organic components from porcine bone while preserving the natural mineral architecture of the matrix. This creates a clean, porous and interconnected scaffold that supports blood absorption, vascular ingrowth, cell attachment and new bone formation.

An immune-friendly porcine bone graft

Its proprietary manufacturing process is designed to reduce potential immunogenic organic residues, making THE Graft™ an immune-friendly graft material that works with the body’s natural healing response.

Due to its native mineral structure, THE Graft™ closely resembles the physical and chemical characteristics of human mineralised bone. During healing, it is gradually remodelled and replaced by newly formed bone, supporting regeneration while helping maintain the grafted volume.

THE Graft™ is available in cancellous granules and is sterilised by gamma irradiation.
