Choukroun PRF Duo Quattro Professional System

The Choukroun PRF Duo Quattro Professional System is a complete Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) preparation system designed for professional clinical use.

Built around the Duo Quattro centrifuge, the system provides the principal equipment, instruments and consumables required for blood collection, centrifugation and preparation of different PRF protocols within a clinical workflow.

Duo Quattro PRF Protocols

The Duo Quattro centrifuge provides six preset PRF programmes for different preparation workflows:

A-PRF+
Advanced Platelet-Rich Fibrin for the preparation of PRF clots and membranes.

i-PRF
Liquid injectable PRF prepared using dedicated green tubes.

i-PRF M
A liquid PRF protocol intended to account for differences in male haematocrit levels.

i-PRF+
A larger-volume injectable PRF protocol using dedicated 13 ml tubes.

A-PRF Liquid
Liquid A-PRF which can be combined with granular biomaterials during graft preparation.

L-PRF
A PRF protocol for the preparation of fibrin clots and membranes.

The Choukroun PRF Concept

The Choukroun PRF concept is based on the centrifugation of whole blood without the addition of anticoagulants.

The resulting autologous fibrin preparations can be produced in different forms depending on the selected protocol and intended clinical workflow.

The Duo Quattro system brings these protocols together within a single centrifuge using dedicated preset programmes.

Clinical Applications

Liquid PRF

The Duo Quattro also supports liquid PRF protocols, including i-PRF and A-PRF Liquid.

These preparations may be used within appropriate clinical protocols either in liquid form or in combination with compatible biomaterials.

Dedicated tubes should be used for the corresponding protocol in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
