THE Cover™ Flex is a resorbable collagen membrane designed for guided bone regeneration procedures in oral and maxillofacial surgery. The Flex version (0.3mm) is designed for easier adaptation over irregular surfaces.

Naturally cross-linked Type I collagen

It is produced from pure Type I collagen and is naturally cross-linked without the use of chemical cross-linking agents. This supports biocompatibility, tissue integration and a long-lasting barrier effect during the healing phase.

Protective barrier function

THE Cover™ acts as a protective membrane, helping to prevent soft tissue migration into the grafted area while supporting the space needed for bone regeneration. Its dense collagen structure, hydrophilicity and handling properties allow it to adapt well to the surgical site.

Its collagen structure and chemical-free cross-linking process make THE Cover™ an immune-friendly resorbable membrane that works with the body’s natural healing response.

Also available: THE Cover™ Stiff (0.5mm) for cases where greater rigidity and space maintenance are required.
